Lisa Purse is Associate Professor of Film in the Department of Film, Theatre & Television at the University of Reading. She is the author of Digital Imaging in Popular Cinema (Edinburgh University Press, 2013) and Contemporary Action Cinema (Edinburgh University Press, 2011).
