Sarah Stroup is associate professor of political science at Middlebury College in Vermont (USA). She is author of Borders Among Activists (Cornell, 2012) and co-author of The Authority Trap (Cornell, 2017), winner of the 2019 ARNOVA Outstanding Book Award. Her current projects are supported by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (Canada) and the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
