Bernardo Teles Fazendeiro currently lectures at the University of St Andrews and has also taught at the Central European University in Budapest. He studied Economics and International Relations (IR) in Portugal, eventually moving to the UK in 2009, where he continued to study political theory and post-Soviet politics. He obtained his a PhD in IR from the University of St Andrews in 2013.
