Fulvio Vassallo Paleologo is a lawyer, lecturer on right of asylum and constitutional status of foreigners, and member of the doctoral committee on “Human Rights: Evolution, Protection and Limits” at the Department of Legal Sciences, Society and Sports, University of Palermo.
