Ian M McGregor is a Lecturer at the UTS Business School and a member of the Cosmopolitan Civil Societies (CCS) Research Centre at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). His PhD focused on global climate change politics between 1985 and 2005 and he has continued his research in the area since completing his PhD in 2009. Since 2009, he has been an active participant at all the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Conferences of the Parties (COPs) and since 2011 has been an official advisor to one of the Least Developed Country Governments at the COP.
