Dr. Andreas Krieg is the director of the London-based political risk firm MENA analytica and an associate professor in the School of Security Studies at King’s College London seconded to the Royal College of Defence Studies. His research focuses on sub-threshold warfare and network-centric statecraft where state and non-state activity meet. His work bridges the worlds of academic research and strategic practice, engaging with decision-makers, military professionals, and the media alike. He has published various books, most recently Subversion and Surrogate Warfare.
