Caleb Griffin is a PhD Candidate in Political Science at the University of Illinois. His research interests mostly revolve around questions of identity, particularly regional and religious identities. His dissertation focuses on the role of elites in shaping regional identities, with a year of field work in Morocco supported by a Fulbright-Hays Dissertation Award. He is the author of “Dickens on Political Representation and Responsiveness.” The Dickensian 120 (522): 57–66.
