His thesis examines the role of space, place, and memory in Hong Kong’s 2019 Anti-Extradition Law Amendment Bill Movement, exploring how spatial practices shaped narratives of identity and belonging under the “One Country, Two Systems” framework. He is currently based in Hong Kong conducting research.
