Author profile: Cairo Junqueira, Lívia Milani, Iara Lima and Pablo Guimarães

Cairo Junqueira is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of International Relations at the Federal University of Sergipe and Postdoctoral fellow at the San Tiago Dantas Postgraduate Program. He earned his PhD in International Relations from the San Tiago Dantas Graduate Program with a research period at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires. He is a member of the Grupo de Reflexión sobre Integración y Desarrollo en América Latina y Europa, the Public Policy Studies Center and the Mercosur University Forum, in addition to being a contributor to the Decentralized Internationalization in Focus Extension Project.

Lívia Milani is a Researcher at the Institute of Public Policy and International Relations of the State University of São Paulo. She earned her PhD in International Relations from the San Tiago Dantas Graduate Program with a research period at the Georgetown University. Her research interests include the transnational connections of the far right and US foreign policy toward Latin America. She also participates in the National National Institute of Science and Technology for the Studies of the United States.

Iara Lima is an Undergraduate Student of IR at the Federal University of Sergipe, funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development, Brazil.

Pablo Guimarães is an Undergraduate Student of IR at the Federal University of Sergipe, funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development, Brazil.
