Sefa Secen is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Nazareth University in Rochester, NY. Before joining Nazareth, He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Mershon Center for International Security Studies at Ohio State University. He earned his PhD in Political Science from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. He studies international relations theory, refugees, and political behavior, with a regional focus on the Middle East and Western Europe.
