Dr Ugljesa Radulovic is a Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Sociology at the University of Johannesburg (UJ). He has dedicated his research to the intricacies of group dynamics, ethics, state capture, and the critical role of whistleblowing. He is the Deputy Editor of the African Journal of Business Ethics and serves on the Executive Committee of the Business Ethics Network of Africa. In 2025, he was awarded the International Sociological Association RC46 Outstanding Early Career Award.
